Data files: 
  g3fullec, g3noec, g3phylogeny - three topologies of species trees used in the paper
  g3genetrees - Genolevures 3 unrooted gene trees with branch lengths

Software is included in ttbin.tgz. This file contains linux binaries and shell script for error correction and rootings. 

 urec - extended version of urec 1.00 software
 tt - error correction and rootings
 smpnniheur.sh - a bash script for inferring optimal species tree (using urec and tt)
