Requirements

Software requirements: Cytoscape 2.6.* and Java 1.6
Plugin was tested on Windows, Linux and Mac platforms.

Installation

Download plugin jar file NetworkEvolution .jar from our projects website:
http://bioputer.mimuw.edu.pl/modevo
Just copy downloaded file to plugins folder in Cytoscape home directory.
