Intro
I am a Ph.D. student at the Institute of Informatics of the University of Warsaw. I'm a member of the Computational Biology Lab. I also collaborate with the Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
My current research concerns biological network analysis, in particular evolutionary models of protein-protein interaction networks and algorithms for network alignment. I am also interested in statistical analysis of high-throughput biological data.
